As a trainer with over 20 years of experience, I leverage my past proven successes in strength and conditioning, athletic performance and rehabilitation to help you attain your goals.  I use a variety of state-of-the-art techniques and equipment to achieve profound results in a short amount of time. 


In my lifetime, I have incurred a multitude of orthopedic injuries which have given me the perspective of what it is like to train my body back to health from a debilitating condition.  There was a time when I thought I’d never ride a bicycle again.  Now I fully live my passion as an athlete by competing in international cross-country ski races in the winter and riding the mountainous stages of the Tour de France in the summer.  Through my challenging experiences, I have gained a unique personal understanding and acquired the tools to help move you forward in a way that few others can.
