I inspire, motivate and teach people how to strengthen and condition themselves safely and effectively.  I use a combination of,  stability balls, BOSU balance trainers, medicine balls, weights, cable resistance machines, Pilates equipment, and whole body vibration platforms to increase muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, speed, agility, coordination and core stability.  To get people to perform at their best, there is a strong emphasis on corrective stretching and strengthening techniques to balance out body discrepancies.



OVERCOME INJURY WITH ACTIVE RELEASE TECHNIQUES

Active Release Techniques (ART) is a hands-on therapy that corrects muscular and soft-tissue problems and nerve entrapments caused by the formation of adhesive tissues that build up in the body due to overuse or trauma.  Many conditions can be resolved quickly and permanently with ART, including knee pain, shoulder pain, back pain, headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, tennis elbow and plantar fasciitis, to name a few.

Whole Body Vibration Training is an effective, safe and easy way to increase muscular strength, activate circulation, improve coordination, increase bone density, increase flexibility, stimulate a positive hormonal profile, reduce cellulite and gain more beautiful and tighter skin in a short amount of time.  A session lasts a maximum of 15 minutes and involves simple movements on a vibrating platform.  Whole Body Vibration is suitable for most people, ranging from athletes looking for the extra edge in their strength development to people coping with injuries, osteoporosis or other physical limitations.
